An invitation to come and journey into a space and time that allows a slow and gentle opening into new insights of self and other
Saturday 1st March will be the first session of the first series for 2014 in a new home for Family Constellations work – the Alive Café in Muizenberg.
These are blocks of 4 once a month ½ day sessions. Each block of 4 makes up a one complete series. What is asked from each member is a commitment of attendance for each session in a block of 4 sessions.
The commitment to connect and begin know each other allows a deep and trusting container to be co-created for whatever personal development or group work that may emerge during the sessions.
What will this space be for?
The study groups offer an intimate space for a minimum of 6 and maximum of 8 people to begin to explore the deeper levels of self, and of the principles that underlie family constellations work.
The work that we will do will arise out of the core spirit of the group. The work will be shaped and formed by the needs and questions of each individual as we explore ourselves, the spaces we inhabit in the world and the connections between.
Through this process of sharing presence, each group will take on their own rhythm and form as we travel together: deepening listening; heightening sensory awareness; and deepening a sense of self.

We begin at 13:30 with a shared lunch, working from 14:00 finishing at 17:00

1st March will be the first day of the first series
5th April – second session of series.
May & June dates – to be finalised in discussion with the participant group.

If traveling from the North on the M3:
follow signs to Muizenberg
end of M3 turn left onto Steenberg Road
turn right next traffic lights and T-junction, onto Main Road
continue along Main Road, into Muizenberg
turn left at corner of Main & Atlantic Roads
carry on under the railway bridge, the piano shop, then Alive Café
Muizenberg Pavilion is on the right
If travelling from the North on the M5:
Follow the signs to the M5 and Muizenberg
As you come closer to Muizenberg you will pass Capricorn
Centre on the left and Marina da Gama along the right
Carry on and you will come to a Sunrise Circle
Travel half round and turn to left out of circle, the coast on left
