Family Constellations Workshops
Family Constellation workshops offer a safe and holding container for you to step into and do personal work. The dynamic in a Family Constellation workshop is unique. Within each constellation we literally experience the lives of others, through the moment to moment movement that unfolds in the workshop space.
Quite simply we are each touched and moved by one and another’s stories, each of us connected by a common shared humanity.
Out of this co-creation of a space out of time, the support that comes with this connecting is able to last long after the workshop day – to take into the outside world.
